6. Raw raspberry ruffle bars
I'm so happy to say that these bad boy raw raspberry ruffle bars have been shortlisted in the Pinterest UK food blog awards for Best Healthy Recipe, along with my raw creme brulee recipe, which is up for Best Indulgent Recipe, and my peanut butter doughnuts which are up for 'Best Vegan Recipe'! 🍫 The best thing about these awards is seeing so many vegan bloggers and recipes are up for awards! 2016 was an amazing year for veganism, with sales of vegan food growing by a ridiculous 1500% in the UK (amazingly much of this growth can be attributed to young people and social media highlighting the benefits of a vegan diet with pics of delicious vegan food!). 🌱 I can't wait to see how far this movement will go in 2017! My prediction is that vegan fashion is going to see huge growth as people realise that being vegan isn't just about food, but extends to every aspect of our lives. Exciting times!
